It has been found to be the healthiest form of adoption for birthparents, children, and adoptive families, confirming what we already knew. Research has also shown that the more open an open adoption is the healthier it is.

Then – when you are ready to get started – sign up and attend a free Adoption Information Session (they are held monthly at branch offices around the country, see below). Following that session, you will have enough information about open adoption and IAC to put yourself on IAC's Fast Track to adopting a newborn.
